About Seashell Pointe 401
We are a family that loves the beach! Our favorite activity is to hunt for seashells. (Hence how we came up with the perfect name for our little slice of paradise.) It was always a dream of ours to own a slice of paradise one day. So, we made it happen :) We wanted a place we could enjoy together as a family and a place that we can share with others.
We purchased the unit in January 2026, and we started the remodel of the unit to make it our own. Having asthma and allergies, we wanted to craft the unit with hypoallergenic features. We added a new HVAC unit with I-wave technology, a Dyson air purifier and fan in one combo, dehumidifier to keep the moisture at comfortable levels and a smart technology thermostat.
We hope guest enjoy the space just as much as we do.
Seashell Pointe 401 is located on the 4th floor of The Renaissance Tower, located with in Myrtle Beach Resort.
Myrtle Beach Resort is located on 33 acres of ocean front property. It includes 4 main set structures. All condo units are owned individually. Five Seasons (the first set of buildings you pass when entering the resort.) Building A, Building B (Ocean Front Spa) and The Renaissance Tower. Guest can use all amenities throughout the resort.

Our Retreat
Our unit features hypoallergenic amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. Room features Queen bed, built in twin bunk bed, fully stocked full size kitchen with kitchenette table, full bathroom. Linens supplied. Small toiletries supplied (shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap/ 2 rolls of toilet paper/paper towel/dish soap/dish rag/oopsie stash under bathroom sink for women (pads/tampons/moist wipes)
~If extra is needed and you wish to have fresh towels etc., we can complete a freshen up for a charge of $80
~Cleaning charge of $180.00
~Daily Resort fee (collected when guest check in at the front gate) $10 daily
